Original oil painting by fine artist Janie Longmore. Janie has exhibited at the Mall galleries, Glyndebourne and included in the 2023 Summer show at the Royal Academy. Her delightful and beautifully seen paintings are often of still life, everyday objects, books and ephemera. This painting has a postcard of Lucien Freud propped next to two russet apples. Lovely warm tones and gently shadows.
